Barrique wines
As a complement to our oaken barrels in the 225-500 liter range, we are investing in large casks of 1,600 liters. After several months of aging in wood casks, the Chardonnay develops an original and unique aromatic structure.
The aromas from the cask wood combine with the fruity aromas of the Riesling and the tanins from the wood with those of Pinot Noir.
Harmony between the wine and the oak is essential.
