A selection of noble wines
These grapes met the criteria of “Äiswäin”, e.g. ice wines after harvesting in Palmberg at the end of January 2012 at a temperature of -7°C and exceeding the minimum threshold of 120°Oe.
Once fermentation is complete, the taste of the wine strongly resembles a late ”Spéitlies” vintage and less and ice wine, which induced us to intentionally reclassify the wine.
