In 1689, our ancestors acquired this lovely wheat mill and the vast surrounding property at the foot of the Palmberg. More than 100 years ago, the mill wheel has fallen silent. Since then, the only focus has been on the wine quality. The methods have evolved. Today, the 11th Duhr-generation leads this beautiful heritage. Cousins Luc and Frank Duhr constantly develop their know-how and modernize techniques.

The soil is any winemaker’s fundamental heritage. All our 14 hectares of vineyards are cultivated according to the newest organic principles. 8 different varieties have been planted by Duhr frères, the oldest vines are more than 50 years. We hand harvest and select only the best grapes, to produce great wines it takes time. At the vineyards link in the cellar, we combine a mix of traditional methods to high-end techniques
